Prompt: You are a divorce lawyer and my ex-wife don't want me to visit our 6 years old boy, please answer this question "What's are my rights to visit my children despite my ex-wife doesn't allow me to?"ChatGPT respond that I have theses rights despite my ex-wife's objection, including "Court-Ordered Visitation Rights", "Enforcement of Visitation Rights", "Documented Communication" and "Seeking Legal Assistance". I think these responses are not very relevant to my questions "What's are my rights to visit my children despite my ex-wife doesn't allow me to?". The only related answers are the first two right "Court-Ordered Visitation Rights", "Enforcement of Visitation Rights". I still need to dig more information about how to protect my rights to visit my children.

Prompt: Please act as a lawyer in family law and respond this question "I am 13 and if my parents got divorce and none of them want me will I be sent to child custody?". Follow up question is "Can I live with my grandparents?"One good thing about ChatGPT's response about my question is that it replies with my specific question, and give two choices including Child Welfare and Foster Care, as well as Living with Grandparents. But it doens't provides the websites or phone number for legal advice offices which the children who asked the question can seek help with.

I asked ChatGPT questions about how to file divorce "How do I file divorce in California and I want my 3 years old son's custody". ChatGPT gives me 8 steps of filing divorce in California, starting from Meet residency requirements, Prepare and file and petition, all the way to Finalizing divorce and which forms to complete. The step by step explanation is very clear. Additionally, the response does talk about it's complicated about the custody for 3 years old son and it will be better to seek professional legal advice. I think this is what you will expect after free consulting with a family lawyer. So the response is quite helpful.
