In this paper, we have developed a protection module for Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensors used in outdoor unmanned vehicles. Bio-inspired wiping motion was figured to have more efficient and excellent wiping performance than conventional cleaning methods for LiDAR sensors.
