After comparing ChatGPT vs Gemini vs Claude for coding, I find that the overall response from ChatGPT lacks of detailed explanation of meanings of each section of the code, which is less helpful than the response from Claude Sonnet.

Overall, Gemini did a good job though not optimal in the pytorch model coding test. I asked the same question on ChatGPT vs Gemini vs Claude. Among all these three platforms, Gemini‘s python code is correct but less concise. It also uses some unusual functions of pytorch package, such as """ context.permutate(0, 2, 1, 3).view(...) """. This is just a weighted average tensor operation, so this implementation is very uncommon and not necessary. And ChatGPT and Claude use the correct function for this operation, which is """ torch.einsum().reshape() """. Even though it's not a big deal, but generating common python code in Gemini is not optimal.

My question for Gemini for the data analysis task is "the divorce rate of all states in US". And I expect the results of a table or a list of divorce rate data for each state. I think Gemini does provide the data source, but fail to list all the divorce rate of all the states. And I think ChatGPT did a better job.

I ask ChatGPT to plot the region of a function with Wolfram Alpha Language. The result seems quite convincing. And it also gives a thought process, maybe implemented by Chain of Thought? Overall, it's convincing results. And it would be better if the results will be more succinct.

I used the abstract text from Transformer paper "Attention is all you need" and Diffussion model paper "Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models" to test the ability of Grammarly. Grammarly does provides some advice on the text, such as adding hyphen to "high quality" to "high-quality" and CIFAR 10. But it seems a little bit too obvious and it doesn't give a lot of advices on the expression changes. I will give a moderate rating to the performance. Maybe the premium version will be better?

ChatGPT does a good job on correct the papers. I use Transformer and Diffussion model papers to test and the prompt I am using is like : Grammarly Correct This Paragraph and output grammarly correct paragraph "your text here". It seems reasonable and it gives me detailed reasons of changes.
